AlkaSadvicharParivar is a charitable, Non-Government Organization involved in health, education and community oriented work. Established in 2004, it has taken many projects for the defined objectives. The obstetric department in Alka Hospital runs on the ideology of AlkaSadvicharParivar.

The main projects running under AlkasadvicharParivar are as follows.

1	To provide complete, regular and hi-tech treatment to the pregnant mother under the SampurnaSuraksha Card yojana, in just 1500 Rs.
2	To provide complete, regular and hi-tech treatment to the newborn baby under in just Rs. 1500/-.
3	To provide free consultation to the senior citizens for any general complains.
4	To provide ambulance service to the senior citizens free of cost.
5	To provide ambulance service to the accidental case up tothe district place free of cost.
6	To provide the screening for cervix and breast lesions once a month free of cost.
7	To arrange the programs for health awareness.
