A critical paediatric surgery was performed successfully on a newborn baby born with Occipital Encephalocele ( mass on the head) of a head size.... Dr Kirti Prajapati (MS, MCH ), a paediatric surgeon and Dr Shailesh Patel ( Anaesthetist ) took extraordinary care to offer this female baby a new life....

As my observation and perception, spending two days here are - Dr Vaidya is a good manager and excellent leader. Alka Hospital
is a good model addressing the mother care. Dr Vaidya is dedicated to help the community and that to rural set up.
In this rapid urbanization era, also we can see the model's replicability. Excellent work!

It was my pleasure visiting Alka Hospital and meeting Dr Harshad. I feel people and public health specialist should visit Dr Harshad and learn
about the model ( Sampurna Suraksha Card ). Two things that have attracted my attention is package rate and package coverage.
I feel no where in India you can offer these service at such a low cost. I wish Dr Harshad all luck!
